By using our Service in any way, you agree to these Terms, which will remain in effect throughout your use of the Service. This includes all terms in this document, as well as those contained in our Privacy Policy and the Apple Standard EULA.

You acknowledge that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement, or if not, you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service, and they have accepted these Terms on your behalf.

Usage Policy

1. The Service is intended for educational and study purposes. You agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Group Study and Community Guidelines

1. You agree to maintain a respectful and constructive environment within study groups. Harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Group messages and shared content should be relevant to studying and learning. You are responsible for any content you share within groups.

3. While we strive to maintain a positive community, we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users or the quality of group interactions.

Study Data and Analytics

1. The Service tracks and stores your study hours and activities to provide insights and analytics. You control what data is shared with others.

2. We may impose reasonable limits on usage and group sizes to ensure service quality for all users.

3. The Service may be updated or modified periodically to improve functionality and user experience.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service or interactions within study groups.
